What do do with my kirlia

Yesterday, an the daybefore, I did kirlia, raids both were weather boosed and pinab'd ctches, both had cp of 583 and both had the exact same iv's, 86% max attack.

I have a ratls that has 91% and 89%, but both have 14attack, but better def/hp, which one would be better to power up/evolve?

(im saving all kirlia until the raids end before I evolve them incase I get a better one)

If you can not get a better one. I will choose the 91. That stats is more than the 87(2 points). Garde has high att and high def but low hp. I think HP is more important to Garde.

It's not like Ralts is as rare as Bagon or Beldum. You'll be able to gradually accumulate more. Disadvantages are it's not in eggs. What's the level on your 91%?

I;m not really sure what its level it, but I know it isnt super low, its cp was in the 2-3 hundreds
Lev rangeels really arent a concern for me, I know it would cost more to power up a low level strong one that a mid level meh one, but I would power the best one up eventually, so the resources on the meh one would be somewhat wasted (unless the level gap was literally level 1 and level 25)
