Just caught the same Pokemon on two accounts with different IVs?

I just caught a Ralts at my home. Amazing, with perfect attack and defense (haven't checked stamina yet).

Then I caught it on another account, not great in battle.

Very confused right now?

I went back to the first account in case it was a new spawn right as the first despawned, but not the case. Definitely the same Pokemon. Definitely different IVs.

Any ideas? Weather boost change between the catches? The accounts are different levels and different teams...

One account level 30 or above and one is below level 30.

Thanks - thought only the level would differ, not IVs. Was this changed, or has it always been this way? I was always 1-2 levels ahead of my gf and she always got the same IV pokemon as I did before we took a break - at least I thought.

It may have come to the game in late spring 2017 or so. Hard to remember, might also have been like this since the beginning.

if weather changed。 cp and iv also changed

Level cap difference (example 29 and below accounts will catch different IV & CP of the Pokemon that a level 30+ will get)
or Weather changed between catches. Hope this was somewhat helpful.

I would guess your gym sniping account is below level 30.

I've had the same thing happen on rare occasions a couple of times. Caught the same pokemon on my account and my daughter's (both well over L30), and they had different IV & level. No idea what caused that, and it is a very rare occurrence.
