Max out Alolan Exeggutor
I just finished maxing my Alolan Muk and have been wanting to max an Alolan Exeggutor for a while, I had been waiting hoping it would return to try for a high iv weather boost but it doesn’t look like that’s happening. My options are:
1. 12/15/15 93% lv22
2. 15/2/10 lv 27
3. 15/1/15 lv 24
Ideally would like better defense stats but not sure how much that matters considered both have 15 attack

idk I'd just wait if I were you before blowing a ton of dust. There's no immediate need for an A. Exeg, and there's nothing it does better than other, existing options - for both grass- and dragon-type offense.
If you're dead-set on maxing one of those out, go for the 93. There's no breakpoint that a 15A with Bullet Seed reaches that a 12A doesn't, against Onix, Kabutops, Omastar, Claydol, Golem, etc. and so forth.
Edit: didn't bother checking BPs for Dragon Tail because you shouldn't be using A. Exeg for dragon-type offense.
... a lot better than what? Against Vaporeon in neutral weather and at L40, it's still worse than Zapdos, Raikou, Venusaur, and regular Exeggutor. It's only slightly better than Sceptile, Shiftry, and Jolteon. Chances are you wouldn't even need a maxed A Exeggutor to do anything you can do with the alternatives.
So dude, you wrong.
I mean you can also 1v1 Sharpedo with Machamp and probably not have to waste a ton of dust maxing it out (given its widespread usefulness across many aspects of the game, many players likely have multiple maxed Machamps).
But yes, if one thinks it worthwhile to spend over 200k dust on what is essentially an average mon (almost a trophy really) in the meta, go for it. I think it's wasteful.
And against water mons... which of the water-type T3s can one not solo without an A.E that they can with one? Anyway to each their own; to me, maxing out an A.E with the expectation that it's going to make a world of difference to relevant raid outcomes is not an efficient move.
Machamp doesn't have the bulk to 1v1 this specific moveset. Theoretically eggy can also 1v1 vaporeon in sunny weather, and I think it's the only Mon capable of that. It really depends what are your goals in this game. Eggy's uniqueness is in the combination of top TDO and very good DPS against water. For some matchups it's essential, for most it's not.
