I heard someone say that its going to be the CP level of a tier 4 and have the tier 4 timer, is that true?

Im also wondering, because this is an event, will there be special articuno related research

Also I have limited bag space and given I am going to be raiding a lot (and the possibility of getting raid passes from pokestops), would it be wise to throw out/feed to gym defenders items like golden razz that I am going to be taking in like crazy?

I'll be dumping all my regular balls, nanabs, razzes and super potions

3) you're not getting raid passes from pokestops. you're getting up to 5 raid passes from gyms, one at a time. and its up to you if you want to toss GRBs. just use them to catch wild mons w poke balls tho idk why you'd just throw them away.

I'm assuming if it is scaled as a tier 4 then the XP and rewards will be on a tier 4 level? Hoping so at least, I'm not going to dart around doing 25 of these--I'd rather those that do that not get 1mil XP.
