New tier 3 or 4s
What kind of tier 3 or 4 Pokémon would you want to see. I would want
Teir 3: Umbreon espeon houndoom kingler Arcanine ninetails (both forms) sandslash (both forms)
Tier 4: Gyardos blaziken sceptile marshtomp dragonite snorlax Milotic scizor

Some of those cant be raid bosses, either because they have special evolution requirements, like milotic, umbreon and espeon, Scizor
Others are just wishful thinking, they'd neverhand players high iv dragonite with zero strings attached, they did with tyranitar because theres no other dark types that were good when it came out
Houndoom is a good dark type that was released at the same time as Tyranitar. Pretty much equal in DPS and it's not the glassiest of glass cannons. They could've gone with that if the goal was a good dark type in raids, but everyone was fresh off the fire and ice event that spawned Houndours like Rattatas so it would've been uninteresting. Tyranitar was made a raid boss because they knew it would sell a lot of passes, simple as that. And sell a lot of passes it did.
Sandslash is already a tier 2 boss.
Arcanine and Ninetales are already tier 3 bosses. Houndoom and Snorlax are already tier 4 bosses. Dragonite has appeared as an event-exclusive tier 4.
Kingler would be a nice tier 3.
Umbreon, Espeon, Gyarados, Milotic and Scizor aren't going to be raid bosses because they have an evolution gimmick. Magikarp and Scyther already bosses, Feebas isn't going to become one, but I think Eevee would make for a great tier 1 raid.
