I have six (one 96%, two 89%, one 84% and two 82%) as well as a 93% Wartortle. Running low on storage.
Keep the 96% and the Wartortle and catch the rest on CD.
Are the stats of Hydro Cannon known?
Blastoise will not bevome relevant because they would need to make Hydro Cannon insanely powerful to compete with Gyarados, or even more so to compete with Kyogre. Other starters also learn Hydro Cannon and have better stats, so it would make them unbalanced...I would get maybe two for trading and an evolved shiny, or two shiny even.
So for trading: evolve as many as you can comfortably store.
Origin Pulse and Precipice Blades are already in the game though. The only question would be if they nerf them so they aren't stupidly broken as they stand.
Assuming megas get released at the same time, Hydro Cannon M-Swampert already outclasses Hydro Cannon M-Blastoise. Origin Pulse P-Kyogre outclasses them both. The only way M-Blastoise would come out on top would be if Hydro Cannon M-Blastoise became available before the other two.
