7-day pokemon dependent on stamp or box?
On day 7, and for me BS Lax > Articuno. Could wait till Sunday to turn in 7th field research task, but would prefer to gather new stamps in the meantime.
Q: If I turn in 7th now and open the box on Sunday, will the pokemon be Articuno or Lax?
Note: moot point if it will not let me gather new stamps until I open the box anyway. Is that the case? Thanks!

My guess is that you get the encounter based on when you finish the 7th stamp, but I'm not sure of this, and would love to have a definitive answer.
Further, I think the change happens at 1 PM PST on the first of the month - last month I had the choice of finishing the task before then (4 PM EST for me), or waiting until after 4 and getting an Articuno instead of a Zapdos. Went with Zapdos, got a bad one, but got the 7 candy for it. Now I clearly want an Articuno. But someday this will matter for each of us.
I don't advocate skipping a day to get something different. Do that seven times, and you'll have one less SRB encounter than the rest of us.
