Is this more rare than a 100 DB/DC Dragonite or a 100 SC Gengar? I’m lucky to have both.

I believe it is rarer than both of them, as those moves went legacy on Omastar very early in the game, while Dragonite and Gengar's moves went legacy many months later when gen 2 dropped.

Very nice!
This can't be very common...but I still think SE Blaziken has to be rarer.
Although my Shiny Pikachu with Present and no hat must be fairly uncommon too.
