The Fear of Tomorrow's Community Day

So after the horrible experience that was Charmander community day, one month later, Niantic still has not seemed to have fixed this problem. After periodically looking at the Silph Road Reddit and knowing from my experience as well, there is still the issue of not being able to log in to the game (the game just being stuck at the loading screen with a loading bar halfway full). Sure it doesn't happen all the time, more like once or twice a week, but it is still a really dangerous issue to be present when there are community days around the corner. It really is kind of funny how they want us all to play together during these 3 hour community "days" and yet they can't even ensure that everyone can stay logged into their games. Anyone else think this way?
