Update to continue

My PoGo app automatically closes and takes me to the App Store, telling me I need to update in order to continue.
In the App Store there is no update available, I can only press “open” but then PoGo closes on me again and the same thing happens.
What can I do? Don’t want to miss a day of playing since I want that extra Articuno down the road.
Already tried turning phone off and on again.

Clear all data for the app, completely uninstall it, reboot your device, then reinstall PoGo from the App Store.

I had the same issue. Just reinstalling was enough to fix it for me.

All you need to do is go directly to the App Store app (you may need to refresh) and update POGO from there.

Uninstalling, re-installing worked for me!
