Sorry this isn't exactly a question but I'm just so in shock with my luck right now that I feel like I have to share it. I have now caught two 100% IV eevees even without the pokedex # glitch. One is level 21 and the other is lower as it is only at 357 cp. I guess my only question is whether I should evolve them before the eeveelution probability becomes more diluted with additional outcomes or hope that there is some trick for Umbreon/Espeon so that I can evolve 100% versions of them.

I'll swap one for my equally rare 0% Evee :-)

As to the eveelution process in gen2 we're all guessing. Why not evolve one now and hold the other?

A 0% Eevee is even more rare than a 100% one since hatched Eevee's have better IVs.

Yes, umbreon seems like will have very bad charge move unless they add new dark charge move into the game. Espeon is a glasscannon that does less dmg than alakzam. So yea, having the best water, debateble best electric and the second best fire pokemon right now as three eveelutions, its better to evolve now.

Man... this game was made for Vaporeon.
Since eevees can be found everywhere and they are commonly having 82+ IVs, I wouldn't wonder what to do with those.
Evolve them right now you have 1/3 chance to get vaporeon, and 1/9 to get hydropump.
When gen2 will be available, you will only have 1/5 to get a vaporeon and 1/15 chance to get hydropump.

Keep good IV eevees for next gen for your pokdex, but trust me, it's worth evolving your 100% eevees right now... Vaporeon rules the game.

Where do you live man? I have 600+ eevee candys and only 3 or 4 are 82+%IV

I was about to ask the same thing. In my area, Eevees are everywhere, almost to the point of being a nuisance mon. I have over 1000 candies, and most of them have crap for IVs. I've caught exactly two wild ones that were over 82%.

I have 1400+ candies and was mass evolving them during the Thanksgiving event lol. They're more common for me than Pidgeys.

I just yolo'd it and evolved two Vaporeons with aqua tail. One is at 1837 cp while the other is 1100 something. Slightly bummed that neither got HP but at least they became Vapes. I guess I'll invest in the higher on and save the lower as a monster at training.

What is this pokedex glitch # thing you talk about?

It used to be that the a bug in wich the ATK IV scaled with the pokedex #, so if the pokemon was at or near the end of the pokedex like eevee, it would allways get a 15 ATK IV, and if it was at the begining, like the starters, it would most likely have 0 ATK IV, this was only for pokemon found in the wild.

Yeah, I thought they were saying they was another bug/glitch that was causing this.

Since these catches were recent I'm not sure why the need to mention it. Just adds confusion to the post.

I can see why that is confusing but I just wanted to show how small the chances truly were. I see many people posting on here about near perfect dratinis they have that were caught early on.

Man, I'd love a perfect Jolteon Thundershock/Thunder.

I guess you could keep both of them for Gen2? I mean Espeon will get pretty high CP if the calculations are right and Umbreon should be a nice prestiger but I guess everybody would love to have that perfect Vaporeon.
