Wailmer. My wife caught her first Wailmer as a Raid Boss, and it was a Perfect IV Wailmer. My daughter hatched a perfect IV Wailmer last week. Me? I've got one Wailmer with an 89IV, and 130 others that had less than that.
Most others I have at least 2 with IV's between 91 and 96, though not quite enough yet so that I can automatically transfer some Pokémon without checking.
I think there are a few, but the two I can think of right now is Mudkip and Torchic.
I've caught 179 Torchic and only one has had good IV.
Mudkip is worse. 427 caught. I have found two with good IVs (91 and 96), but the rest have been awful.
I'm also unlucky when it comes to Larvitar. I think that out of the 62 I've caught/hatched only one had 15 in attack. I'd say that like 90% of the ones from eggs has had 14-15 in HP and really bad attack.
The two Tyranitars with good IVs I have are probably from raids.
Same here. Best Dratini I have is 93%. After grinding for the full three hours on Community Day and seemingly getting nonstop Dratini from 10K eggs, I'm at 800+ candy.
Meanwhile I have a 98 IV Salamence and hatched a perfect Bagon last month, but don't have nearly enough candy to evolve/power-up. Go figure.
Crappy being relative here since most raid catches are useable and IVs become a matter of splitting hairs, but any legendary I strongly cared about. After 31 Rayquaza raids and only half of those being successful catches I don't think any of them broke 91% - A majority of them I doubt broke 80%. Moltres was another problem child until I bagged a 96% from research; none of the six I actually caught last summer cleared 80%. Six Mewtwo catches later and the only one I caught that breaks into the upper 80's has a whopping 10 atk IV.
