Starter Pokemon stats

Unfortunately, I got rid of my starter Squirtle back in the early days when I thought high CP meant everything and that I should ditch everything else, but I've got a feeling that starter Pokemon automatically would get amazing stats. Could someone who still has theirs check?

I kept mine and my daughter just started playing and neither of our starters are anything special IV statistically.

I believe all starters you can get at the beginning of the game have 10/10/10 IVs.

Starters have the same IV distribution as eggs and raids.
Unfortunately, they all are level 1.

So even if it's a 100%IV, it will remain a trophy.

But I think it's common to keep the starter for obvious sentimental reasons. I kept mine for that. It's 10/10/10, so it's quite rare as a 100%!

I still have my Bulbasaur starter from the very first day the game came out and it’s IVs are trash so if they start with all 10’s now that’s a new thing.
