Will blast burn make charizard relevant

I've read that if BB is as good as Frenzy Plant for Venusaur, Charizard will out-DPS Moltres for the same level.

Moltres and Entei (obviously) will still have better TDO.

It becomes the highest-DPS fire-type attacker, #3 in TDO (behind Entei and Moltres, in that order).

It doesn't have to be the best to be usable, as long as it's not far behind. I wouldn't power up another Moltres unless it was perfect but I would no doubt max a good Charizard with BB, especially a shiny one.

The math has been done and it's in thdrshn's link. If Charizard gets a move as good as FP it'll narrowly outrank Moltres in DPS. TDO will still make Moltres overall a preferable choice provided you have the RC to invest in it.

I wouldn't mind it NOT being exactly parallel, as long as it was close in efficacy. Copying a move template is lazy. Make it an awesome three-bar Fire move, which the game currently doesn't have (note the word "awesome").

RIP to everyones 100% Charizards. I`ve evolved my perfect charmander just before of gen 3`s drop in fear of FireSpin or Overheat becoming legacy moves.....seems it worked againts me :((

is Blast Burn confirmed or is this all speculation?
