Should I TM my Dragonite?
I have a level 33 15/15/13 Dragonite with DT/H. Even tho hurricane is a good attack, I find myself not using it because it has hurricane. Should I use it more or TM it?

Well, sure, if you have 6 other Dragonites with Outrage, keep it. But Hurricane is a so-so attack - it does 110 for a one-bar, which is pretty bad, and would be awful if it weren't fast. If you really want a good flying attacker, Rayquaza with double flying moves is quite good (although, again, pales in comparison to double dragon moves). And since Dragonite doesn't have a flying quick move, it's not even close.
So take your best Rayquaza that you don't want to power up with Dragon moves, and TM it to double flying, and power it up to somewhere between 25 and 30, and it will be your flyer. TM the Dragonite to Outrage.
It really depends on what you want to use it for. If you use it for Machamp solos, keep it. If you don't need it for that, I'd TM it as it's the second best DPS against the Eon twins.
I upvoted, as for me the latter is most important (I have 6 good IV Machamp at lvl 36, the last Tyranitar breakpoint, so I don't need to do Machamp raids and even if I would I can solo it easily).
DT/H has a singular use: Machamp raids.
If you are the sort of person who cares about tier 3 raids, then by all means, keep the move. At level 33, he'll be strong enough to be a solid 'mon on your solo Machamp team.
If you don't care about tier 3 solo raids, then tm the move to get Outrage because at that point Hurricane is useless.
Dragonite is a good generalist for high damage and Outrage presents really good neutral coverage, and it makes a good Dragon specialist at the cost of taking super-effective damage from Dragon-moves.
If you really need an anchor for Machamp, I would look into Gardevoir, or Lugia/Ho-Oh/Latias or AS/AA Rayquaza if you have em. Friends of mine that have used DT/H against Machamp were somewhat dissappointed.
