Gen 4 Pokemon looking forward to?

So idk when Gen 4 is coming but I’m probably the most stoked about it because it was one of my favorite gens that also changed up the competitive game maybe more than any other gen. What Pokemon are you excited about? I’m excited for mainly the safari/rare gen 1 Pokemon like Magyar, Electabuzz, etc. but I have always liked Garchomp and what Rampardos? Maybe Head Smash as a move could make him top rock attacker? Infernape is also my all time favorite but I feel like he could get drowned by the wide potential of moves he could have

Leafeon, Glaceon, Mamoswine, Gallade, Togakiss, and Prygon-Z. The latter mostly because I have a 100% Porygon ready to go.

Garchomp and Porygon-Z.

Whatever we already have that evolves into something more useful, that's what I'm most excited about. For everything else in Gen 4, I'm just going to have to learn as I go along.

I am looking forward to Togekiss the most. Despite of many other cool evolutions like Magnezone, Rhyperior; Porygon Z Mamoswine, which all made me (successfully) chase a 100% IV one, I think Togekiss will be the one, that has the biggest impact in the defensive meta. As soon as there is a fat ass Togekiss in the gym its gonna be very tough, to take it down with Machamps or dragons; as it has double resistance against both. Thus I can see posion and fire types play a bigger role than they do right now, good for my boy Muk. :)

Here is hoping that gyms and combat in general see another rework between now and then that makes more Pokemon viable on defense

I would love for poison to be a more relevant attacking type, but there are Metagross, Scizor, Entei and Moltres as better fairy counters already. Togekiss's flying type does make it an absolute wall against Machamp, but it also makes it vulnerable to Raikou on top of the fairy counters. I don't see poison rising in relevancy that much, which is a shame. But I'm also very hyped for Togekiss.

Honchkrow, Magmortar, Rhyperior, Mamoswine are the ones I am waiting for, because I got their 100% pre-evolutions. Although in Rhyperior's case... I don't like its look. If they looked more like this, that would have been cool: http://static.pokemonpets.com/images/monsters-images-300-300/8463-Mega-Rhyperior.png

I caught a massive wild Rhydon about an hour ago, lvl 33 Amazing with 15 attack IV. He will be my Rhyperior

Staraptor, my favourite bird can become the best non-legendary flying type. 234 Attack with the potential of getting Wing Attack/Sky Attack, it's quite the beast, even though it's not that bulky.

Roserade, Rampardos, Honchkrow, Garchomp, Weavile, Tangrowth, Electivire, Magmortar, Togekiss, Yanmega and Mamoswine are the other non-legendaries I'm most looking forward too. Funilly enough, most of them are evolutions of older Pokemon. There are just too many that either don't cut it compared to other species of their type or don't have the proper Go-moveset in the original games.

Staraptor was one of my faves as they made an early flying type actually useable with its attack. For some reason I’ve always found flying types nice to use in the main game, a shame that it’s useless in Go as a whole. Hose choices were all of the ones that are universally useful in the meta and make a lot of older Pokémon contenders. I use only Groundon since it’s the only legend I have besides a couple of subpar Rays and my one Moltres. So getting some other great options gets me excited and maybe I won’t be so far beneath the people with 30+ legendaries of each
