Did more of these then any single raid but still could never get a sure fire good one. Caught 35 of 48 and never saw anything over the one 93 I caught. Want one for matchups and just feels like a missing piece on team. Best ones are:

Didn’t include cp’s because don’t want dust to change answer...if you could also explain why is the best between these...would think the 84 bc of 15 attack but to be honest couldn’t exactly explain why...Any insight would be appreciated
The 93IV.
Why? Highest IV. I haven't checked breakpoints for raid bosses but Kyogre has got a massive attack stat combined with a fast move that deals heavy damage. Unlikely that an attack stat differential of 3 points (out of 285) is going to make much of a difference to TDO or DPS. 15D and 15S don't need explaining.
Agreed. Attack is a little more important than defense (IMO, others disagree), and both are a fair bit more important than stamina, as long as stamina is pretty good. I was lucky with Kyogre, and have 15/15/13, 15/15/12, 15/15/11, and 15/15/10, as well as a few with 15/14/x and 14/15/x. Eventually (long time) I envision a team of 6 that will shred anything that doesn't resist water.
