They're all beautiful in their own way. And on the inside, even more so. Even Tyranitar; its got a heart made of the softest mush you'll ever see.

The worst of these is their animation. They're like flying without moving nicely, unlike birds. I know, Rayquaza is also very static, but Rayquaza looks like a proper Asian dragon, not like these hideous mons.

I don't mind Delcatty. It's somewhat cute but not as cute as Skitty. And it has a toilet seat for a collar, lol!
If there are any pokemon I do not like the look of, it's the Diglet family, the Wooper line, Ditto, Dunsparce, Stantler, and Whismur & Loudred (Exploud is ok though).

Quagsire is adorable especially his 8-bit version

I just don't really like the small eyes and lack of interesting features. (goes pretty much the same for any animation characters)

Lickilicky and Rhyperior are top contenders for most disappointingly ugly pokemon designs.

Garbodor and Barbaracle rank highly in the category of WTF ugly.

Ok, maybe Jigllypuff to a lesser extend. He is somehow cute...

I remember the first time I played Gen2 in my GB... In Gen1 all starters looked cute and awesome, and even the simple ones like Pidgey, Rattata, Caterpie, etc, were nice and sweet (not counting here the evolutions). It was a disappointment to choose the starter in Gen2, as they all looked a bit crappy. The bigger shock was to find Hoothoot, Sentret and Ledyba as the common trash. Oh my god, that was really horrible. Luckily, the new dark mons were amongst the best badass looking, like Houndoom, Umbreon and Tyranitar.

From Gen3, Electrike is really ugly.

Raticate.

Rattata is kind of cute (albeit annoying because it's so common and ubiquitous), a nice mix of purple and white, and then it evolves into this scraggly assed orange brown thing with nasty teeth (not vicious, just nasty). My least favorite visual in the game.
