My first champ solo with no legends, successful, but by the hair.

Poor Satu was about to turn into a ghost. I knew changing her charged move would be useful eventually. Also, his charged move was DP.

Thanks, I'll have to find a good Abra to turn into an Alakazam, my current one has Shadow Ball so he can't replace the Vaporeon. Might do damage faster with one with Future Sight.

Congrats, that's quite an achievement with this team. Why did you choose vape? I'm sure you have better neutral dps options ( e.g. Gary which resist fighting).

I do not have sufficient candy to level up a gyarados, did not find a good gyarados (evolved a crappy karp to get Mew since I was busy for the past few days before Orthodox Easter), do not own a gyarados with dual water moveset. My other picks would be from the following currently maxed out mons:

Edit: Ursaring is not maxed but Houndoom is.

Both Ursa and houndoom would be demolished by machamp. But that OnePunchMon would probably be better.

He didn't last long vs the Machamp when he was in my first team.

Congrats on doing it with that team, you must have done some good dodging. You could probably invest in another Espeon to give yourself a little more breathing room. I soloed Machamp yesterday. It's been months, so I'm not positive if it's my first time or not. This was my team.

This champ had HS so he made quick work of my poor Gradevoir, and that first Eggy was a little on the squishy side.

No dodging at all (my phone won't allow me to properly dodge). Also, my rule is: if the mon has no form difference (including shiny, male/female, formes) I won't have duplicates. So unless there will be a shiny Espeon, an Alakazam would be my other future investment. Still looking for a good Abra.

Then why do you have 2 Xatu? I'm not a big fan of powering up multiple Pokemon of the same type either, with a few exceptions. But my second Espeon is nothing more than a level 30 Espeon. One has ZH, the other Confusion, both with FS.

Female/Male form difference. It's subtle but one has 3 stripes, another has 2. Also lucky enough for both to be 100%.

Nah, I'd rather just replace the vaporeon with an Alakazam. It's kind of like an Espeon and would probably contribute more than Vaporeon did.

Was this done in Windy weather? I would never suspect this team of being able to beat Machamp. I also would have thought Futuresight would be better on Xatu but what do I know. NIce job!

Nah it was sunny (Eggy's Solar Beam was boosted), there were Cacnea everywhere. When I CTM-ed the fem Xatu I was hoping to get FS, but she got AA. I don't know if FS is good for a no-dodge style though.
My Espeon doesn't have FS either, he has Confusion/Psybeam.

I actually like Psybeam on my Espeons. I seem to get at least 3 of them off before he gets killed

I didn't count but at least 2 were given off from mine too. There's an Abra nest at a park slightly further from my home, I hope I can find at least one better one than my current Alakazam to be worth CTM-ing if it needs it.
