Apple Watch app

I haven't had troubles with the watch app in quite a while, at least a few months. But as of a couple weeks ago (just on time for the eggstravaganza, annoyingly) I started having the same issues I used to have all the time - sometimes not syncing, other times timing out after just a few seconds. Am I alone in this? I've tried all the things to be tried with no luck so far.
