Best Mew Moveset to combat legendary birds?

I know Mew isn't good, and that Golem in this case is best, but what's the best Mew moveset to combat the birds?

I currently have Frost Breath Ancient Power. Is Rock Slide better? I'm seeing disagreement on different sites on whether rock slide or ancient power is better for Mew. I believe frost breath is the best bird fast move for Mew. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

It does not matter. You could spend a hundred TMs and still not get it.

If that's what you're looking for, I think the best option would be Charge Beam and Rock Slide. Frost Breath is only effective against one bird, whereas Charge Beam/Volt Switch are effective against two of them and neutral to the third.

Would be very interesting to see Mew's utility against Articuno. Definitely tankier than golem without the ice weakness, similar attack to golem (losing out stab) but gaining bulk. Still seems strictly inferior to Ttar.

Mew has 1xSE from Charge Beam and 2xSE from Rock slide, but Ttar also has 1xSE and 2xSE (Iron Tail Stone Edge), and not being weak to ice as well.

I checked pokebattler.
RS > AP,
CB > VS.

CB/RS is the best combination for that purpose.

Mew's best move is you don't use Mew

If you really like to use Mew as Bird's Attacker...
IMO this will do.
FM = Charge Beam
CM = Rock Slide

But if you have some other option...
Please don't bother with Mew in terms of dealing with Birds...
Just Let Golem do the Job...
