Mew best moveset?

I have now Steel Wing / Solar Beam and I'm experimenting a bit with it. It's not the moveset I hoped for, but it's not bad at all for the new T3 solos like Omastar and Kabutops, and it's likely to be useful against Regirock if it comes out as a raid boss.

I'm definitely keeping it like that for a little while, even if it's not very useful against Lati@s. For Lati@s premiere balls are more important for me than experimenting with Mew, so I use optimized counters, and it's not that I have any TM at the moment either anyway.

Mew is a decent ice attacker but ice is not good for countering Latis due to only single weakness. Jynx and Articuno are the only ones that appear in the top 24 DPS at #9 and #24.

Against Rayquaza Mew would've been solid since it falls somewhere between Lapras and Walrein in DPS and tankiness.

For lati@s he will be better with SC. Then you can choose between IB, DG and DP. hard to say which is better but DG has the advantage of boosted in cloudy weather, DP has the advantage of synergy with SC as a psychic specialist.

You could but on average it will only cost you 13 fTMs and 24 cTMs to get the move you want.

That’s the moveset I wanted. Took only 5 fast TMs and 6 charge TMs. I consider myself VERY lucky.
