Mewtwo power up

So, I caught my second mewtwo and he was 2220 CP with 12 A, 12 D, and 12 HP. Should I power him up? My first one had 10 A, 14 D, 14 HP. Also which one do you think is better overall? Thank you for your answers.

Maybe, but if you do I would hedge and initially take 12/12/12 to level 30. Overall I have had bad IV luck. The ones I’ve attended and then caught:
2209
2216
2198
2227
2220
2210
2251
Today 2202
I get an invite every 0.85 weeks (didn’t go to 2), I now pinap anything below 2230, since I deem 2230 completely average despite being 1/8 at exceeding that number.

Main factor would be how free is your schedule if/when they switch back to Tuesday at 1pm. Also how common are EX raids in your area, how far are you from those major gyms.

Pretty far, everytime I have time to go, it's hit or miss whether there will be a raid so it's pretty hard. Congrats on your 2251 Mewtwo. Today, my dad who's only done 13 raids in total managed to get a 100% IV Mewtwo. I was so shocked and wish I had the same luck lol.

I have room to do dumb things: I took 2209, 2216, and 2227 to level 30...and then I got 2251, which I just finished maxing. I have any and every opportunity to find decent raids to get me more rare candy. Doesn't sound like you have it as easy, I'd set a deadline---maybe if you don't have a better one by end of April power 12/12/12 up

Yeah I live close to areas with a lot of pokestops and one with a million but is a little further away. The problem with our two mewtwo elgible gyms is that they are at the end of the area with a million pokestops so it takes quite a while to get to.

Put it this way, I drive to the grocery store every weekday at 6:15pm (I look for raids). That is after I already drove home from work at 430pm, halfway across a top 10 populous USA city looking for raids. Usually look for tier 3 raids on the way to work at 730am. Weekends drive to parks a lot with my very young son. These quest things have a chance to replace some of that humdrum.
