Umbreon / Espeon

I used the cheat to get an Umbreon and a Espeon when Gen 2 first came out. Since then, I have probably evolved 15 Eevees and I haven't gotten a single one of either (I still only have one of each.) Is this something anyone else is seeing?

You can only get them by walking Eevee as buddy for 2 candies (10 km) and evolve during night (Umbreon) or day (Espeon) while this Eevee is still your buddy.

You have to walk the Eevee you want to evolve 10km. Then after while he is STILL your buddy, evolve him. If you evolve him during the day it will be Espeon. During the night will be Umbreon. Make sure he is still your buddy when you evolve.

This info should probably be added to Eevee's page. To get Espeon or Umbreon without the single-use name tricks, you need to (I hope I am remembering all the important points):

Walk with the Eevee you are going to evolve as a buddy for 10km and receive two candy. Then while it is your buddy and you have good GPS signal, evolve during the day to get Espeon and during the night to get Umbreon.

I've also thought before that the IV info for Tyrogue's evolution should be added to its page.

There top appraised stat determines what he evolves into.

Attack - Hitmonlee
Defense - Hitmonchan
Stamina - Hitmontop

If any are tied, then it's random between whatever is tied.

I always have to look it up which IV corresponds with which evolution. And unfortunately googling it brings up clickbait websites and YouTube videos first when all I really need is a simple list.
