Mew2 power up question

I already caught 5 Mewtwo and the highest one is 89 ivs 10 15 15, meh, should I power it up? I already powered up my first one at level 40, its 82 ivs 13 14 10, just because of the higher attack stat

The 10/15/15 actually looks pretty good at 40 with PC/SB against a Psychic Mewtwo boss, small difference in time to win and power% compared to a 15/15/15. It is better than my 15/11/15.

Are you serious a 10 15 15 15 is worse than a 15 11 15 attack is the only IV even worth considering due to the dps centric meta. Also to answer your question any mew2 has base stats high enough that the IVs have little difference

Attack IV doesn't translate into DPS directly because of breakpoints. A higher atk IV only makes a difference if it lets you reach a breakpoint.

I agree that Mewtwo IVs don't matter a whole lot. Any maxed Mewtwo is going to have amazing performance.

Is the 10 on the highest one for attack? Even if it is, I would still power it up. My mewtwo has a 14 on HP and Defense and a 10 on attack, but I have no regrets on powering him up, in fact I am going to max him out as soon as I get enough rare candies.

The highest one after my 13 attack is 11 attack and 84 ivs.. xD

Interesting. So our cases are quite similar. I caught 2 Mewtwos. The first one is 89 iv 11 15 14, and the second one is 13 12 11 with 80 iv. I also powered up the second one with lower IV because of its higher attack stat. But my second one is weather boosted, so I have one more reason to convince myself to do this compared to you :)

just got my first mewtwo yesterday. its hard enough to get the mon, so i powered up my 80iv one with no hesitation

If 89% is not enough for you, wait (you get Ex pass, so in future you have chance to get another). But for me; if this mewtwo would be mine, yeah, i will change moveset to C/SB or C/P and power him up. 80%+ IV is enough for me to power up any good, but i know that others want to have 90%+ or 98%+ IV. What is your lower limit to decide to power up mon?
