Which Ray?

I want to power up at least one Rayquaza. After 62 successful raids, 42 were caught. I have narrowed down my best few, but cannot decide which one is worth the dust.
- 98% (14/15/15)
- 96% (13/15/15) [Obviously not, but for sake of being thorough]
- 91% (14/15/12)
- 91% (15/13/13)
- 89% (15/10/15)
- 89% (15/15/10)
Since Ray is simply for attacking and already a glass cannon, I'm leaning away from the 98% since it does not have 15 Atk. This makes me lean towards the 91% with 15/13/13 or even one of the two 89%s. Can someone with better knowledge help me decide? Also, if I choose two with the second being flying type attacker, what would be a good second? Thanks for your help and time!

I think the 98% is the best. No dodging DT/OR at 40 vs. Machamp Boss C/DP is less than 0.5 sec slower to victory vs. 100% and that is distributed over 6.

I'll show this too my buddy that had a 100 ray run but has a 14 15 15

Same shit happened to me. That should not have pissed me off. But after 5 balls just constant network errors... I wasn't able to put the GRB on... Anyhow, I managed to catch a 96% with ATK15.
