How many pokemons do you have ?

Since the double xp event is over I wonder how many pokemons people have. I assume a lot of us took advantage of the event to mass evolve as much as possible and after you're done mass evolving you can mass transfert all those pidgeottos and raticates and clean up a lot of space.
Well I was surprised to see after transfering as much as possible I still have 775 mons.
I keep all my legendaires waiting for double candy event. I keep all of my regional exclusive in case trading becomes a reality. And then I generally struggle to transfert anything remotely usable or cool.

My bag is maxed but I'm cutting out a lot of Gen 1 that I've been holding on to for no good reason. 1368 at this moment.

I've got, like nine Mantine. As soon as I get one that's worth a shot, I can delete the rest of them. That's how I play.

I don't understand the logic here why do you need to keep 9 if they're all bad ? And what is a shot ? To me no mantine is worth any shot anyway.

Seems like you know what a shot is after all :} I have the room and whenever I up my arsenal I delete anything below it. Just cant seem to get a good mantine.Got 1300 mons and I don't really have a good explanation why I keep so many. Just a game

Just keep one of each like I do + one of each raichu with a hat and it shouldnt take too much space for now.

Yup, except it might be a good idea to save duplicates of Pikachu for it's alolan form

Right now I have 770/1050. That's a bit more than I normally keep around mainly due to me hanging on to some that I need to evolve for Pokedex gender purposes (once I get the candies). I am level 40 so I don't need to worry about mass evolves now though so I still have plenty of room to spare.

1.5 million xp from forty. That's definitely gonna free up space. Got a 100% pidgey, whismur, and wurple.Never gonna throw a ball at them again, grinding days are done

You need 3 100% Pidgeys and Whismurs plus at least 5 100% Wurmples to complete your 100% dex. ;)

Need is a big word, but it would be awesome to have a (non-legendary, because RNG doesn't like me) living 100% Pokedex at some point.

No offense, but even tho I do respect the OCD levels of cleanliness, that looks like a very broing collection. No history, nothing interesting to see, just what would be normal top 30 from any average player. Big Yawn.

You'd be toast trying to take down a gym in my city btw. I just hope there are at least 2 machamp among the remaining 15.

But man, kudos for being so neat and disciplined, even if your storage looks tasteless and generic.

873/1150. I think I can shave off quite some (either evolvables or ones that I save for a double candy event), but I like to keep:
- a living Pokedex (gender differences are not that interesting, though)
- any and all shiny Pokemon
- any and all 100% Pokemon
- 3 of each legendary (or any 91%+)
- Any top of its type Pokemon (Tyranitar, Machamp, Dragonite) and some that are subtop but quite useful (Jolteon, Flareon, Gyarados, etc.) if high level and/or high IVs

I keep a living dex as well I dont know why I do that. Most people I know have the mentality "as long as it's in the pokedex I don't need to keep it" I wish I had thay mentality. If niantic keeps increasing inventory space it could never become an issue.

Keeping inventory at around 1350 waiting for double candy. At that point it will go down to 1,000 or so
