Could I get some build advice?
I have 4 Dragonite, 3 have dragon tail hurricane the last has dt meteor. Think I should risk charge tms on one to get outrage? I'm asking because I'm giving rare candies to a dt outrage rayquaza and I want a balanced team, I would be down an attacker for machamp raids, but I do have a rayq with double air to also boost.

Agree. Hurricane is most useful for Machamp solo raids. Outrage is a perfect gym sweeper.

And now, using a Rayquaza with double flying moves (Air Slash/Aerial Ace) is even better. So get one of those, and get all your Dragonites hooked up with Outrage (except the Draco Meteor one, but even that isn't quite as good as Outrage).

Having multiple dragons with Outrage is useful. They often make my raid lineups.
