Thougths on Milotic as a gym defender?

A better version of Vaporeon on defense, but somewhat inferior to Lapras imo

If you’re wondering whether or not you should power it up, I’d say offense comes first, but one can’t deny those IVs. I’d get around to it eventually. If you’re good on offense, then why not?

Milotic is a good gym defender. It is neutral against Machamp and walls Entei. DT/Bliz is better against Dragonite (and Grass-types) while DT/Surf is better against Tyranitar. Feel free to place it in any gym that does not already have a Gyarados, Slowbro or Lapras (which are also weak to Raikou).

The only problem is that is weak to Raikou, aside of that it has good bulk and unlike Vaporeon it has good ms for defending

WF+S is good on both offense and defense.

It gets berries, so it's good on D.

It’s a great complimentary defender once Blissey-Snorlax-Chansey trio is in place. And yes, it gets fed ALL-the time by folks looking to eek out a few Feebas candies. It borders on essential (along with Gardevoir) in ex-raid location defense because it forces the attackers to bring in a specialist (Steelix, Slaking and Lapras are good defenders, but the allow a Machamp army to continue to roll over a gym). My DT/B Milotic is still exotic enough right now to be a tough roadblock in attempted gym sweeps.

I am sorry but i Would never change my attacker from machamp to a specialist aggainst milotic. The only defender that would bring me to change are: Guardevoir, exegguator, espeon and sometimes dragonite.
Anyway milotic is a nice defender
