Which pokemon (or their pre-evolved forms) can be caught wild at 3000CP?
Trying to paint my third CP page with 3000CP pokemon
Can anyone tell me which pokemon can be caught directly wild, or through its unevolved form, to be 3000CP or above?
I did some research and Blissey @ level 35 tops out at 2989CP. I assume every single pokemon, except the legendaries, above Blissey, can hit the 3000 mark without stardust expenditure?
So I can theoretically get a 15/15/15 magikarp at level 35 and get it to the 3k gyarados immediately? Same for like level 35 rhyhorns and those?

Best I got, excluding that from the dragon event (got 5 3k dragons from this event lol), was a 2972CP Rhydon at level 34 and 89% IV. I think it came from a huge Rhyhorn at like 1400CP or something, was definitely unseen before.
People have definitely reported seeing 3k snorlax before, wish I can encounter one.
This one was a wild catch. I haven't offered it any Stardust yet, I might wait for a second one with the alternate moveset to decide on first.
Level 34, 91% (Though its CP perfection is something like 94%). If I had known what CP high level wild Beldum were I wouldn't have risked pinapping - it broke out 3 times!
