Which is More Useful: Blaziken or Scizor?
I'd like to use some post-Community Day dust to power up one of my pet projects to level 40. I'm considering one of these two:
1) Blaziken C/FB, 100%, level 13
2) Scizor FC/XS, 100%, level 9
I don't necessarily need either one, and I know that neither one is particularly useful, but which one will I get more use out of?
My current fighting squad:
1) Machamp 100%, level 40
2) Machamp 96%, level 40
3) Hariyama 100%, level 40
4) Machamp 93%, level 35
5) Machamp 91%, level 35
6) Machamp 93%, level 34
I'm also well-stocked on Mewtwo counters, so not sure what I'd need Scizor for.
I enjoy having level 40 versions of different types of meta-relevant high-IV Pokemon, so I'd like to max out both Scizor and Blaziken eventually, but I won't if I don't need them at all.

If you're truly determined to power them up, then I'd say pick the one you're most attached to/like the most, power that one up, and never look back.
Given your impressive fighting lineup and being well-stocked on Mewtwo Counters (Tyranitars and maybe Gengars, I'm assuming), both Blaziken and Scizor will probably take a back seat the vast majority of the time to your more optimal Mons. That said, I'm all about powering up Mons just because you like em and think they're cool, would pick your favorite and spend away!
Blaziken is better than Machamp against some Registeel and Regice movesets, but usually with a mixed or double fire moveset rather than double fighting. Small niche for sure and outside of that won't be an upgrade to your current fighting squad.
Scizor is the supreme counter to Celebi, only losing top DPS by a few seconds to Pinsir but having one of the highest TDOs. With steel moves it's a very competent counter to fairy types in gyms.
I'd go with Scizor since it does something more unique, but honestly if you want to power up a meta-relevant mon that you will need, neither of these fits the bill.
