Error 26? Seems to happen to me when connection is interrupted when feeding a berry. After it happens, you can't feed it any more berries but you can still throw.
Two options: Flee from Rayquaza and go back into the raid to get to the catch screen in order to feed it a berry, or throw once without a berry - the next one should allow a berry unless the connection is once again interrupted as a berry is used.
