Which lvl3 raid boss can be solo-ed with 6 or more lvl30 pokemon??

All of them. Jynx and machamp will be the hardest.

Including legacy ones:

Machamp
Gengar
Alakazam
Vaporeon
Arcanine
Scyther
Porygon
Jynx
Piloswine
Azumarill

(Basically everything except Jolteons, Flareon and ninetales. You might be able to do the latter 2 with a team of level 30 kyogre.)

You could definitely do Flareon and Ninetales with L30 Kyogres, and you could come extremely close to doing Jolteon with L30 MS/EQ Groudons (might be able to do it with luck if you tried enough times).

What if I've 3x lvl30 and 3x lvl20 pokemon, still possible to solo??

You could probably do azumarill and piloswine, but you will have to get more specific, What do you have etc.

You could read the Solo Guide. It recommends a minimum trainer level and minimum Pokemon level for the best counters. For non-idea counters, you'll have to use your brain a bit and cross reference the counter chart to know if they are viable and what level you will need. Happy hunting!
