Alright, there's:
Kokonutz, who is obviously a giant coconut tree.
There's Rhyna and Drago, Rhydon female and a dragonite female.
Siren, who is my vaporeon. Obviously he looks like a mermaid.
Spike, my jolteon, for obvious reasons.
Champ is my Machamp obviously.
Tyflo is a Typhlosion that goes with the flow.
Morticia is a Houndoom that's all about darkness while her partner Dethklok is a fire user and his name a tribute to the Metalocalypse band.
Clamp is a cloyster, obviously comes from his shell.
Slicer is a Kabutops, I've named him for those blades.
Nea Marin is a Farfetch'd, named for a character from a Romanian movie who would carry his leek with him in a suitcase.
Shuckie, a reference to a Shuckle from the original games.
And then there's Crabcakes, my Kingler. I was inspired by Tamatoa being called crabcakes in Moana.
There are several others but I think the list would go too long.
Meaning behind your Pokémon Nicknames
What kind of nicknames have you guys given your Pokémon? Anything interesting about those nicknames?
For me, I named my Lugia "XD001" since that was its code name in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Lugia was the first shadow Pokémon to be conceived in that game, hence the number 001. In this case, my Lugia was my very first 100% raid boss encounter, and remains the only one to this day, so I thought it was very fitting for a badass Pokémon like Lugia! =]

I have 2 Dragonites with similar cp, but I've has Outrage and one has Hurricane. When I switched from iv/moveset nicknames, I wanted to keep them straight, so I named them Outrageous and Big Breezy.
My first 2 Tyranitar are named Stonemaster and Crunchmaster. I got a third who is named Crunchzilla.
My legendary birds are named Icebird, Firebird, and Thunderbird.
Also my first ever dratini, with whom I have walked 900km is simply named The OG.
A lot of my older mons have odd nicknames that I never changed when I started caring about IVs. Nowadays, the only mons I'll give nicknames to are the ones that get maxed out to lvl 40 because their IVs are high enough. Here we go!
Legendaries:
Zapdos: Lord Zapdos (100% IVs, and my team bird, so nickname felt fitting. Never changed it to fit the mythological theme my other legendaries follow).
Articuno: Boreas
Mewtwo: Hades
Lugia: Aeolus
Entei: Sköll
Raikou: Fenrir
Ho-Oh: Helios
Kyogre: Poseidon
Groudon: Gaea
Rayquaza: Jormungand
Non-legendaries:
Slaking: King Louie
Tyranitar: Joanna Dark
Dragonite: Judi Dench
Vaporeon: Mermaid Fox
Espeon: Psycho Fox
Golem: Aesop Rock
Alakazam: Chris Angel
Gardevoir: David Bowie

Scizor: Iron Maiden
Exeggutor: Eggscelente!
Salamence: Sally
Ampharos: Dabs
Mewtwo: Lord Frieza
Tyranitar: Darkseid
Hariyama: Big Show
Machamp: John Cena, Triple H and Batista
Shiny Aggron: Yondaime (Naruto reference, meaning the Fourth because my 4th Aron encounter when they were released was a shiny)
Aggron( regular one): Fullmetal
Rayquaza: Shenron
Hitmonlee: Rock Lee
Blissey: Big Momma
Got prepared for Lucario: Vegeta
Darkrai: Ryuk (death note)
I liked the above Jynx: Lady Gaga I’m stealing this one!
I really wish that other people could see our individual Pokémon names - I completely understand why Niantic doesn't allow it, but still. No one but my wife ever got to see my army of Raticates!
I had Frank and Sammy, who were both 100%, but low levels.
I had Dean, Peter and Joey who were all Attk 15 high 90's.
Then I had my secret weapons: Dirty, Sexy and Crazy, who all had Bite/Dig, Attk 15 and high levels.
Sadly, no one ever drove by a gym, saw a Raticate called "Sexy" and drove on, unwilling to have anything to do with someone who thought a Raticate was "Sexy".
Sadness.
