its because the move is still in cooldown, you have to wait the attack animation end and then you hold the screen, if you hold before the animation end, you loose the bar and have to start again after the animation. Its like the fast attack, you cant attack in the middle of an attack, you have to wait untill the attack ends...

Problem using my special move
I'm trying to use a special move that is split into 4 bars. If I quick press until 2 bars are full and then long press, I can use the special move once. If I long press again straight away I can't use the special move again even though there is one small bar still full. I thought I'd be able to use the special move once for each bar. Not sure if I've misunderstood something. Sorry if this is very obvious to everyone else!! Thanks All
