Adding infos to Pokémon without specific infos like Cloyster

Attacking:
'''Frost Breath''''s high DPS makes it useful for attacking.
'''Ice Shard''' does slight damage to defenders, but its longer CD makes it less DPS.
'''Blizzard''' is one of the best Ice-type attack, same for Cloyster.
'''Hydro Pump''' is a great Water-type attack, but it is weak against Dragonites.
'''Icy Wind''' can be used as well as Ice Shard, but its long CD and lower DPS make it kinda useless.
Defending:
'''Frost Breath''' gives higher DPS on offense, but lower on defense.
'''Ice Shard''' does more DPS on defense than offense, and is better than Frost Breath.
'''Blizzard''' is one of the best Ice-type attack, but it is weak to fire-type attackers like Arcanine. If it miss at the first time, the Cloyster is likely to lose the fight due to its low HP.
'''Hydro Pump''' is a great Water-type attack, and it is strong against fire-type Pokémon, and the STAB makes it even better.
'''Icy Wind''' performs as same as Blizzard, but Blizzard is for one-hit kills, while Icy Wind is for multi-hit kills. It can be used more times during a fight, even just after the last Icy Wind ends.

This knowledge can be extracted out of existing tables as move-list and type-chart. Maybe there could be an explaination about the impact of the parameters on actual gym-play in general as

fast, weak quick attack - dodging easyer, up to 15% more damage thanks to rounding in damage formula

slow, strong quick attack - better for defending, as defender adds 2 seconds delay to each quick attack

high EPS: possible to use charged move more often

STAB: as strong as type bonus

Quick attack and Charged attack same type: good for attackers, easier to find a good matchup

Quick attack and Charged attack different type: good for defenders, harder to find a good matchup for
attacker

These and many more general rules should be given at one place on this side, but i would not like to read it specificed to each Pokemon, as it would be kind of retundent

And add a rating explaination, too, thanks.

I'd really find it nice to have short text for non top-tier pokemon too. like raticate as efficent attacker etc

I'd actually do similiar but a different way.

Like if Frost Breath Blizzard Lapras is a Tier 1.5 Attack, how would Ice Shard Blizzard or Frost Breath Ice Beam line up.
