Which Pokemon should become Tier 3 Raid bosses?
If you could pick 3 more Pokemon to become Tier 3 bosses, which would you choose?

Tangela would be good to prepare for its Gen4 evolution. (A lot of tgs pokemon that have Gen4 evolutions have been raid bosses.) Needs a move change though. I would swap Sludge Bomb for Ancient Power to give it type coverage against fire and bug types.
Maybe instead of Gardevoir, it should be Kirlia so you can farm to evolve Gardevoir now or Galade later. That might only be hard enough for T1 or T2 though.
Its true that if we look at eggs, tier 4 mostly hatch from 10k and in that sense she fits tier 4. But look at the first batch of tier 3 released, and this is before legendaries. Best fighting type (champ), best psychic (zam), best water (vape), best fire (flareon), best electric (jolteon). In this sense best fairy (gardevoir) fit tier 3.
They certainly need some challenging lvl 3 bosses. It was a big loss to remove the two funniest lvl 3 bosses, Alakazam and Gengar.
I would have preferred a lvl 3 Cloister instead of lvl 2, that would have been a challenge :-)

Espeon, slower but bulkier than Alakazam
Amphoros? Jolteon was tricky, but nowadays with Groudon-enhanced Raichu-teams bulky-electricity is maybe not a big challenge?
