I thought Giovanni provided those upon registration. It would be awful if the grunts had to purchase their own uniforms from the Rocket shop themselves.

Would be quite a way to make some extra money though. It depends how fair they are toward humans.

Perhaps not, but if you've gotten to the point where playing dress up with a barely-visible character that only you care to pay attention to (seriously, does anyone even care to look at other players' avatars?) is more fun than the four raids that you could do instead with that money, then what's the point of playing anymore? Every time I see a purchasable item that I'd like to wear I just go like; "wait, I could buy four incubators/raid passes/bundle boxes and actually have fun instead"

There are a lot of outfits I don't like. Glad I bought simple tee shirt and glasses that I do like back when I was getting the 100 coins a day. People don't battle much, if they do...lasts 30 seconds, then they aren't focusing on your outfit. I might notice a tux/long coat...but you'd have to be 39 or 40 and around a lot

I guess so, I just wished there was some reward for the in-game achievements already in place. Niantic is very good at micro-transaction economics but awful at game-theory design.

Just by the fact that they overprice incubators, gift boxes and clothes means they are not.

And yet people keep buying all of those aforementioned things, sooooo....

Overprice gift boxes? Have you seen the ultra boxes we've been getting lately, particularly the one that's on now? They're insanely good deals.

Different people enjoys this game differently. If they want to dress up, it’s a respectable choice. If they want to raid a lot, it’s also a respectable choice.
