What happened to True DPS?

They changed the site because people are so dumb to look at data and judge by themself.
They are 'confused'.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but TDPS is still there - the 'More Info' button under a Pokemon's moveset gives you what you're looking for.

True DPS was never important for charge moves. I think they hid it because of that, people were using it to compare charge moves which produces bad results. Just look at the moveset rankings, they reflect simulation data and unless you're doing calculations of your own, you don't ever need to look at the information of individual moves.
