It's great against outrage, it has the tdo of blissey with dps just under the ice Mons. I have one at lvl 34. Just note that it won't be so good against latias and latios since confusion is resisted.

Even without Rayquaza, a 96% Gardevoir with Conf/DG is a great investment, for soloing Machamp, defending gyms or attacking Dragonites in gyms.

This. Gym Attackers using Machamp, Dragonite/Salamance/Rayquaza, and possibly even TTar will have to switch or suffer.

Is there a breakpoint of note? I have a 100% at level 31. I’m content with having just one, since this one a great one...I’ll slowly power it up closer and closer to 40 as I find more candy. Until that happens forever from now, what is another happy level?

Breakpoints matter less for slow, high-power moves like Confusion.

I finally checked out Gamepress Breakpoint calculator. Confusion is at 16 against Rayquaza Boss at level 29.5. It hits 17 at 37.5. Mine at level 31 is in a pretty good place, just takes me a while to get candy. I replaced it as walking buddy since I actually found one bagon over the weekend

Which also means it can serve as a gym defender if you live in a high turnover area and have finished your raids for the day. Try putting it in a gym with Blissey.
