Mewtwo moveset

I would have C SB shadow ball is IMO by far its best charge move unless against blissey, but Machamp does better than mew2 against that and is much more accessible. Personally I never dodge as it wastes time and therefore dps so confusion is by far the best fast move, PC simply doesn't compare unless you like to do allot of dodging.

C/SB is better for pure DPS so that's what I put on mine. PC/SB is better for dodging and is good for more matchups though. I don't think PC/FB is necessary at all if you have Machamps, although I have to say I haven't tried fighting Blissey with it.

I have my 15/10/12 (a/d/hp) lvl40 M2 from December and I'm very satisfied PC/FB user. I choose this moveset because I beat gyms very often (about 10-15/day) and in my locality it is always full of Snor/Bliss/Chan/Slak, so FB is most usable. I also use PC, because I dodging often. If I did not dodge, I would choose Con. But with dodging I'm able to destroy all 6 defenders in line with this only one M2. So, it is depend on style and gym state.

The movesets I would consider useful:

- Confusion/Focus Blast for fighting gyms filled with fat normal types with psychic and/or fairy moves.
- Psycho Cut/Shadow Ball for upcoming raids of psychic legends.
- Confusion/Psychic for Machamp raids.
