Current tier 3 situtation ?

I just launched pokebattler for the 1st time since the update. Current raid 3 are jynx, azumaril, piloswine and machamp and that's it !? All others were added to legacy tier 3. I thought those new bosses were addition not replacement. This is 10 times worse. Tier 3 raids are worthless now without gengar alakazam and ninetales. Only machamp remains and the 3 new are not only mons we all couldn't care less about but they also offer no challenge at all for soloing.

atleast Piloswine will evolve in next gen and become top tier Ice type

Assuming they don't give it Rock Tomb, Icy Wind, and Earthquake. And don't think for a minute they won't.

If they keep the current trend of giving only 1bar charge moves(which are underpowered compared to 2bar and even some 3bar) I`d expect to see Earthquake, Blizzard and StoneEdge

This is a totally reasonable guess as well based on recent trends.

which ones can you solo with level 30 mons? I did a Jynx this morning and finished with about 20 seconds left, but it was clear and my fire mons were boosted. I might have trouble with that one on a neutral day, and probably no chance to solo in the snow.

T3 is pretty bad right now. I don't understand the pruning they did for this round at all.

They were set there so you can get counters against dragon bosses because there are a couple around.

But azumaril really

Azumarill and Feraligatr still has ice beam and azumarill learns fairy attacks. They could had been used clefable instead, but i won't want them to use gardevoir because it denies all my effort in them.

I will miss Gengar and Alakazam. I think they are just trying to help out players who don't have good dragon counters. Hopefully they will swap them out again after Rayquaza leaves, or at least after Latios/Latias

Lets be blunt, these raid bosses are trash and no one will do them! Well done Niantic.

I guess I am the "no one" that will do them.

I would rather solo a tier 3 and get my 6 revives and 2-4 rare candy than waste my free pass because I cannot do a group raid.

As some players report they are almost no existent in some biomes.

Gamepress hasn't stated this anywhere... ffs I am planning so solo both of these!

We don’t know for sure if this is permanent, MAYBE the old bosses will be back after the event. It would be extremely bad form to have a Gen3 only event if Gen3 doesn’t have any good counters to the current raid boss.

I can easily solo Gengar with Focus Blast and powered up a Groudon with MS/EQ to solo harder movesets. Will miss his huge grin and the fun battles.

Finally caught a wonder Treecko and can build a team for soloing Omastar, but...gone.

I was 5/7ths of the way through my Unique 42 Challenge. Only had omastar and ninetails left since it’s clear a lot in my area those were harder to find/finish.

Now......*shrug*
