Stardust is meant to be spent lol. I would say that any perfect generalist is always worth it. But on the other hand, you already seem to have more than enough. Tough choice. If I were you, I'd either wait until February's community event is over and decide THEN. The way I see it, and if you play anything like me, you'll probably only enough candy to power up a single Rayquaza after its turn as a raid boss is over, and just enough stardust to achieve that during that period, so I wouldn't hesitate to power up those beautiful Dragonites to level 30 at least.
Thanks for the reply. I'm sitting on 1.9 mil atm. But seriously, a mil of those are reserved for my two perfect Ttars and abovementioned D-nites. I'm lv 39 with no maxed out mons lol. If not for them being perfect (two have been with me since Aug 2016), I wouldn't even contort myself with this problem. With stronger mons being rolled out monthly, me investing close to 800k on the three of them just seems like an iffy and unwise decision. But yeah, I guess I'll wait a bit longer until after the second community day event; might find myself a lv 35 weather boosted perfect specimen.
In the meantime, one can also never have enough RC. Transferred some for Groudon and Kyogre, now back down to 382. (While stashing away 248 for that forever elusive Mewtwo). I very well may only have the resources to power up one Rayquaza. Sigh, decisions, decisions.
