Best Pokemon in the game?
What do you think? Which one is the best? Kyogre? Mewtwo? Groudon? Dragonite? others..?

There is no general top attacker in the level 5 raids because their typings and movesets are so diverse that they will eventually counter something while other things become counters. The closest ones to doing it is Tyranitar, Golem for some time ago and Rhydon/Groudon.
Machamp is so far useless in tier 5 raids until Dialga hits the clock and Mewtwo is simply a generalist slot like Dragonite that doesn't have much weaknesses but even fewer resistances.
Dragonite .. from the start to till now most used and favourite and also most loveble pokemon is dragonite ..dragonite always used in any team any raid or gym attack ..while machamp is second best bcz it's has up and down value . In start machamp was nothing but after dp its arguably best for clearing gym.. and in game moves and types are more important than stats ...
If for CP Slaking is the best, but his attack is actually halved so it does not count. If excluding slaking, Groudon and Kyogre have the highest CP with Mewtwo following up.
If stats, apparently defensive pokemon like Blissey, Chansey, Lugia and Ho-Oh are among the highest when all of their stats are just combined. Neither of these pokemon with the higher stat total are actually more viable than the popular generalists like Machamp, Tyranitar or Dragonite however.
Since I'm on Team Instinct, the answer is of course Zapdos! ?
In all honesty though, different Mons will shine depending on what you're up against. Machamp is amazing when clearing out gyms often filled with normal types. Raikou is top tier against Kyogre. Blissey is the best for defending gyms. Mewtwo patches up a hole in pretty much any raid team. And good ol' Dragonite still currently stands as one of the game's best generalists.
