I don't have any experience with Alakazam solo raids, so I'm going based on the theory.
If you happen to time out with that LU (what I expect you to), try start with Gengar (Hex / Shadow Claw x Shadow Ball) and a Baneth (Shadow Claw x Shadow Ball) to get ahead of the clock.
It's worth to note that 15A Tyranitar hits breakpoint (very important for bite) at level 31.5. So your first Tyranitar missed out on that.
There's a very good guide on gamepress which should help you out. I'm looking forward to my first Alakazam raid once I see one.
I'll be using the line up right below, don't mind the wrong move pool and missed breakpoints. Will TM and power up once I see an Alakazam. This should be sufficient for the most difficult Alakazam. If it's not strong enough I can TM my B+SE Tyranitar and put it in the line up instead of Houndoom.
