Got cheated on some passes for bugs that stopped me from catching boss after rejoin, Niantic never responded
Missed 3 pinap Ttar during double candy event throwing 38 curve excellent shots total. Niantic owes me 120 Larvitar candy.
Missed 2 pinap Ttar with another 24 shots, and forced to use GRB to get both on the last ball. Niantic owes me another 20 Candy.
Missed 1 96% Ttar, again with 13 excellents. Niantic owes me a 96%.
40 Ttar raids and still no greater than 96%.
So yea other than the trash luck I have with Tyranitar, the game is pretty good.
Im currently only at level 33 and despite not being a hardcore player and just playing only near my work place Ive managed to collect many "great monsters". I hatched a perfect dratini way back april during the 2x candy event and had my first dragonite @ level28 (handful of level30s dont have dragonite) and while on the way for a suicune raid our raid group chanced upon a wild 168 perfect dratini which later on became my 2nd dragonite.My first ever raid also is a karp raid which also gave me a perfect iv karp that also later on became my 2nd gyarados.Also Ive also hatched a perfect larvitar last december that has since became my very best tyranitar to date.As for legendaries Ive manage to capture most of them save for the birds and despite only 13 raids on raikou I caught a perfect one also.And for exraids, i really dont have time last year pursuing exraids so i waited till this first week of january when I finally raided a sponsored gym here and after only 3 raids there I got picked for an exraid and on the day itself got a 15a15d11hp 89iv mewtwo.lol
Thats how lucky i am playing this game.Im glad i got lucky with catching/hatching perfect iv ones, never have to hunt or look elsewhere
BRUH I was driving home one day and while stopped, I had go open (back in September ‘16, before the iv ‘glitch’ where Pokémon near the end of the Pokédex typically spawned with a greater attack iv, and also still while Dragonite had access to DB/DC) and saw a Dragonite silhouette. It took me a while to find but as soon as it did and I clicked on it, it disappeared and “ERROR” came up. Oh and it was on my birthday NO BIG DEAL :’((
We had someone from a mewtwo raid that drifted far away from the gym like minutes before the exraid began and also his gps went awry and he got left behind because theres not too many of us and we have no choice but to joined the lobby with the illegal ones.when he got it all working again they were only 3 on the lobby and didnt get to play agains mewtwo
Haha bro, believe me or not, but I also got this exact error message popping up.
It was about a year ago in South America when I was traveling. Out of nowhere, boom, wild Dragonite spawn. But I was using a S4. And I have noticed that when a Pokemon de-spawned, the image stayed there for a few more seconds before giving the ERROR message.
So that's exactly what happened. Never expected to encounter one. It was a once in a lifetime disaster, but oh-well shit happens.
I'd say I'm pretty lucky.
I've caught/hatched some good Pokemon (including some 96-100IV Legendaries) and havn't had many great ones run away from me.
I remember missing out on my first Dragonite. Used almost all of my Ultra balls and berries (this was before the golden ones came) only to have it run away.
On the other hand, I later checked the IV of my Dragonair I caught in the wild shortly after I started playing and found it had 98%.
I've been lucky with catching Legendaries, but I did miss out on a 2313 Kyogre. But I've caught two better ones since. I also failed to catch a 2315 one for another player, but she wasn't too disappointed because she had a better one already.
I got a 100% Entei. My pulse was dangerously high when trying to catch it.
Then Suicune came along and on my first raid I got a 100% IV one. Couldn't believe my luck.
Unfortunately I didn't get to complete the perfect "Beast trio", but a 98% Raikou isn't too bad.
And just now, while writing this, a weather boosted Dewgong (not the best, I know) spawned here and I caught it. Lvl35, 98% IV.
P.S. But in the past week my egg hatches has been really bad. Mostly Pokemon I don't quite want or need and most with terrible IV, apart from a 96% Wailmer - who might be huge, but isn't really useful.
P.S. 2: I'm also lucky to have a really nice PoGo community in my area. Many pleasant people who help eachother out. Getting a ride from a friendly PoGo player is quite nice when it's cold, wet, windy and freezing outside :)
My luckiest moment was to come across a wild Dragonite. Nothing special you think? Oh, it had 100% IV. Still cannot believe this actually happened. Apart from that, I have

and about 12 less spectacular perfects.
98% Zapdos, Entei (2*), Suicune, Raikou, Kyogre, Tyranitar, Dragonite and many more
And I finally received an EX-Raid pass for February 8th. So it is fair to say that I consider myself lucky. Note however that I completed many Raids (414 legendary, 124 other Raids).
so i've found only 2 100% (i don't use any type of scanner or radar) that were a Rhyhorn in the early weeks of the game and a Hoothoot at my house (!), and in my region it's not that hard to find a wild togetic which a caught a plenty of. Unfortunately there's only a gym in my "house screen" and i've never saw a wild Chansey/Blissey or Porygon neither a Unown and i've lost a 100% Moltres

- Had a 100% lv 29 wild Dragonite run from me day before Golden Razz were added (Found without scanners/maps)

+ Caught best Mewtwo (84% 15 Attack) on last ball - I took the gym beforehand and barely held it myself in time for egg hatch

- Only shiny I've ever found (Pikachu) was soon trivialized by Community Day
- HORRIBLE luck with legacy mons. Started after lots of switches, wasn't able to find enough candies to evolve until soon after move switches. To this day I only own three legacy mons and these are only legacy after gen 3 - IB Lapras, DT Gyarados, and a bunch of Hidden Power Suicunes.
- Failed to hatch any of the hat Pichus
- Caught 5 Shiny Pikachus during Community Day
- Caught lv 29 100% Magikarp in my house (GPS drifted to tiny creek across the street)

Overall, my experience with Pokemon Go has been, for the most part, relatively neutral. I don't think luck has much to do with how it's been going for me - I play smart and am quite conservative and elitist with my stardust, usually opting for weather-boosted mons that aren't absolutely incredible to me.
The luckiest I've been has been with my Raid Boss catching, as, though I've never found a 100% Legendary, I haven't missed any super good ones and have a pretty good amount of 98s. However, this is mitigated by largest misfortune: my lack of legacy mons, missing out on all the really good ones (Omastar, Dragonite, Gengar, and Exeggcutor).
haven't gotten to even throw at anything over 93% in a raid in 6 weeks (one 93% groudon which ran and a 93% kyogre which i caught), haven't hatched anything memorable (93%+ and meta relevant in 3 months) had a week last week were 3 in a row raid captures were below 33/45 and not one was a wonder in 10 raids.
but i do have a mewtwo 11/14/15, which is ok, from last week
Level 38 player. I managed to get my first and only EX pass at a gym that is my home gym (was my first gold badge). 78% IVs but I'm happy. I haven't really raided hard to get another one. If it happens again cool, if not, oh well. My dex entry Ho Oh is my only 100% legendary so far. First Ho Oh was around the 91% mark and ran. Aug of 2016 when I was level 17, I incensed my first ever Lapras. I still have that one, even though it's ivs are horrible I still plan to max it out. Not long after my first Lapras, I was on the way home (you used to be able to see things while driving), a wild Gyarados appeared. I had the family member pull over to a safe spot and I was able to catch it with great balls and raspberries. Ended up appraising it and it was 89%. I ended up TM'ing it so it now has Dragon Tail/Dragon Pulse. My first ever 10K I hatched a lowly Scyther, almost tossed it, turned out to be 100%. It's now a 100% Scizor. I had no idea about IVs back then, now I appraise every single thing. Before spawn points changed, I caught my first Snorlax in my living room.
Unlucky wise - 13 tries to get my Lugia, end of Sept 2016 I hatched my first Pikachu, First wave of legendaries caught myself an 80% Articuno.. I was soo proud of it and thought I'd never get another.. made the mistake of powering it up LOL. Ended up getting something waay better. I now wait until the current legendary is gone before deciding on one to power up.
Lesson - Do not waste candy + dust on what you think is your best legendary unless it's 100%. Wait until that legendary is gone before deciding. Also appraise everything!
