Rayquaza preparations
Am I ready to take on Rayquaza when he comes later this month? Is this team enough for a trio?

None of the Spheals and Shellders I evolved got the right movesets. Rain is fairly common here now, it will be a lot less common as the monsoon season ends.
Common weather conditions here are cloudy, partly cloudy, rain. Of these, only partly cloudy is beneficial in the actual raid, but only to Golem.
Edit: Cloudy is also beneficial to Gardevoir.
Sunny/clear is starting to appear here much more often now. However Swinub is mainly ice type and doesn't spawn in clear weather, my only chance for a weather boosted one is to go to a Swinub nest in clear weather. Unfortunately the only one in Singapore right now is too far for me.

Piloswine with Ice shard had an attack breakpoint vs Rayquaza at level 31.5 with 15 attack IV. (level 33 with 13 attack, level 32 with 14 attack). I think Ice Shard is preferable to Powder snow, but I just checked and Powder snow also has a breakpoint right around that same level. Definitely something to consider in trying to optimize your team with just a few power-ups.
