Conf + WP Slowbro

I dont think so. you see, for attacking this moveset is useless, and for defense ice beam gives more coverage and psychic give you more damage, so it kind of suck.

After the CP change there is no reason to even power up ANY Slowbro anymore, as much as it hurts to say. I have a 15-11-13 C-IB Slowbro at Lvl 33.5, he was my favorite defender by far, while he is now useless, so I didnt power him up any further...

As always, depends. Water Pulse is a fine defensive move, one that attackers might not bother dodging, so even better. As was mentioned, it currently doesn't give much more coverage. Forward thinking though, it would give both Tyranitar and Houndoom something to look out for, and I would attack slowbro in a heartbeat with either of those if slowbro doesn't have water moves. So I wouldn't transfer him, but I might not power him up just yet.

i powered up my con/wp slowbro. He's the only one i found with good ivs so far. wp does get stab which ice beam doesn't, so that might give it the edge in some match ups, and i wouldn't personaly attack a slow bro with grass anyway because of the dual poison typing making confusion se. wp, i think, does pretty ok, that said con/psy is what you want really.
