Mewtwo question after considering breakpoint

Mewtwo 12A: 99% of max possible.
Mewtwo 0A (impossible): 98,5%.
Breakpoint at 40? Another reason to max it.

You should power up atleast till 30 because he’s that good and useful, my only Mewtwo is 76% IV also with 12atk and i powered it up and use it daily.
Just think that a 15 atk Mewtwo will have 315 atk stat total while yours and mine have 312 atk total so ours will do at most 1% less damage per hit. Does it still sound terrible?

Stop being so disgusting and max it out, you know that when i can't even get a lapras in the ball and people like you do get mewtwo something is wrong, anyone who asks these questions pretty obviously have no idea what they are doing and are making themselves clowns.

Even with an attack IV of 10 (the lowest it can get), Mewtwo will have 310 attack power at lvl 40. That still beats out every other Mon in the game by a pretty wide margin.

I'd say it's definitely worth maxing out, and it will serve you well as a strong neutral damage dealer in raid scenarios. If you're the type who likes the ease of dodging, then psycho cut is a good choice. However, if you're looking for the highest possible damage output, consider TMing to confusion. It hits like a truck made of smaller trucks. ?

My mewtwo with 10 attack, 10 defense and 13 S, is now lvl 39.

Totally worth it to power up great attackers: Clears out gyms faster and uses less resources.

Getting any Mewtwo is hard; 91% of any variety is super lucky. As you note, breakpoint-wise it doesn't matter once you hit 40, so there's absolutely no reason not to power it up.

You put way toooooo much emphasis on IVs if this a serious question, max it out whatever the IVs a 10 10 10 mew2, is still a top mon, better than any others
