If Armaldo had X-Scissors!!
Armaldo is one of the coolest Pokémon ever but Niantic just had to give it terrible moves!!! How would it be if Armaldo had X-Scissors? It would have been a good Bug-type attacker. Currently, Armaldo has 2 bug type fast moves with no bug type charge moves. It does have a rock type charge move but no quick move with the same type. I wonder why niantic isn't bringing any new rock type quick move other than Rock Throw! I really think Smack Down, Rollout, Head Smash should be in the game.

probably on par with Golem, Armaldo has higher attack but Golem is bulkier. Would be cool option I guess.
On a side note, Rock and Ground type moves need some kind of adjustment, they are below average compared to other type moves. Either too slow, or lacking power, or not having any other alternative
Couldn't agree more. There's quite a few Pokémon (like Armaldo) that would be at least valid choices in some battles with some slight changes to their moves.
Unfortunately Niantic seem to be sticking to a set of guidelines that keeps us to a very limited pool of Pokémon that actually have some use.
It's such a simple battle system, the only thing that keeps it mildly interesting is having a variety of Pokémon and that's being limited for no reason.
You don't expect any changes from a disgusting joke company extorting people with mewtwo and giving salamence hydro pump and rayquaza ancient power. You just don't. Oh...And also not giving medicham the qualities to be useful.
If anything proves that this game is a joke, this is one of them as well as the new pokes being garbage save for like 5 non-legendary ones. If i learnt unity i can even make a better and more balanced game.

Extortion: the obtaining of property, money, or services by means of coercion, force, or threats.
Last I checked, Niantic isn't threatening you or anyone else into playing their game.
As for Salamence/Rayquaza (who aren't even out yet), just TM hydro pump to Draco meteor and ancient power to outrage. Problem solved.
